The AIA plays an active role in the continuing education of its members. We strive to provide valued opportunities for AIA members to maximize their professional skills through effective learning partnerships with firms, continuing education providers and all AIA components. The programs found here are registered with the AIA/CES for continuing professional education. As such, it does not include content that may be deemed or construed to be an approval or endorsement by the AIA of any material of construction or any method or manner of handling, using, distributing, or dealing in any material or product.
The programs found here are registered educational programs with the Construction Specifications Institute of Alexandria, VA. The content within the program is not created or endorsed by CSI nor should the content be construed as an approval of any product, building method, or service. Information on the specific content can be addressed at the conclusion on the program, by the Registered Provider. In order to meet the increasing educational need for qualified professionals in the kitchen and bath industry, the NKBA created the Professional Development Program. NKBA Professional Development courses and continuing education offer the foundation for professional career growth-through planning guidelines, course offerings, technical resource and reference manuals, books, learning tools and a multi-level certification program.
Since 1950, AIBD has provided building designers with educational resources, and has developed nationwide design standards and a code of ethics for the building design profession. Today, AIBD is a nationally recognized association with professional and associate members in 47 states and throughout Canada, as well as Europe, Asia and Australia. Our chartered societies are active in their respective legislative arenas and work to promote public awareness of the building design profession. AIBD is also meeting the challenge of the future by educating members about new and improved building materials and methods of construction .
For professionals seeking to go beyond LEED and enrich their knowledge of green building theories, techniques, and business trends, the Education Provider Program offers high-quality, peer-reviewed courses. Education Provider courses serve building professionals, LEED APs, and anyone interested in expanding their knowledge.
Members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) are the most educated and best trained inspectors in the world and InterNACHI is committed to keeping it that way. Toward that end InterNACHI has taken steps to encourage member pursuit and maintenance of inspection excellence and we have accomplished this without additional charge to members. We believe that fees, like taxes, deter professional development and that the best way to encourage the continuing education of our membership is by supporting variety, accessibility and affordability in educational options.
